Happy Easter! (A few days late…) I spent last Easter in a van with 4 friends and a dad, driving our way from Cappadocia to Istanbul, with a pit stop for our first fast food meal of the trip at Burger King. As fate would have it this Easter was spent with the same great group (minus the dad). I think we have started a yearly tradition that I would love to keep. This time the on the menu was meatloaf, asked for and cooked by GP (since he lost in tennis…again), too many mashed potatoes, and delicious Catalan cakes from Sant Tirs. Marilyn did her – now traditional – Jesus drawing and hid chocolates throughout the apartment for us to find. Last year we found ourselves coloring and hiding pistachios in the car.
I tried to take a good “groupie” shot, but it’s a bit difficult with the iPhone. As happy to have met this amazing group of people in Barcelona. Here’s to many more Easter celebrations together in the future!
